To mark the UK Mental Health Awareness Week’s theme of ‘Nature’ and to celebrate the gradual lifting of lockdowns across the globe, this May we are encouraging everyone to get outside and get active by taking part in our Around the world with Thomas Miller’s 6-Week Activity Challenge.

The challenge starts on 5th May and will run for six weeks. As a group we are aiming to travel the entire length of Thomas Millers office route at a total distance of 44,974km before it ends. As we all progress along the virtual route together as one big team, we will hit each office milestone one by one, Whilst we will be working towards a common goal, you will still have the opportunity to join individual teams and submit your activity collectively.

Walking, cycling, running, swimming, whatever you choose, we encourage you and your teammates to move as much as possible each week.

This challenge is a great way to get active with your colleagues and forming teams means you can support each other through the six weeks. The platform will keep track of the team totals each week, and the leader board will be displayed each Friday on the weekly newsletter.
